This Luxurious disabled friendly accommodation in Cape Town – Noordhoek is a quiet village of Noordhoek, built on the sand dunes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The house is designed to take advantage of the ocean views. Upstairs there is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen room measuring 8m x 10m, which has bi-fold doors onto the large balcony and a double-height vaulted ceiling. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with a balcony and ensuite bathroom.

On the ground floor are 3 further bedrooms (2 doubles, one twin), 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and a second small lounge with doors opening on to the deck.

Two of the bedrooms open out onto the pool area, the other one faces the mountain. One of the downstairs double bedrooms is fully adapted and has a ceiling track hoist to go through to the well-equipped accessible ensuite bathroom.

There is a lift in this area to take the wheelchair user up to the main living area.

Outside is an accessible private garden with a 6m x 3m pool, large deck with steps and a wide ramp down to the pool and patio area.

On the mountainside of the house is a jungle gym and a double garage with a separate flat on top.

This studio flat sleeps a further 2 people with their own shower room and kitchen area.

It also has a vaulted ceiling, a lovely deck facing the mountain, and sea views from the small deck at the entrance. It can be used as extra family accommodation, or for carers, whilst the family enjoy privacy in the main house. The flat is not accessible to wheelchair users. In low season it can be rented separately.
