The main bedroom is en-suite and the other two share the family bathroom. The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are open plan with views onto the bay. It’s situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. High against the mountainside. You can walk to the beach in about ten minutes but the walk back is not easy for the unfit. Simonstown Village is about 1.5 km with many restaurants and shops. A convenient store is about 1 km. A lovely shopping mall opened about 3 to 4 km away.
