A lovely entrance with a manicured garden and patio welcomes you. The large open plan dining area and beautifully fitted kitchen and TV lounge leading to another patio are on the ground floor. The two bedrooms on the ground level share the family bathroom.

The second floor hosts the spacious en-suite main bedroom.
You will also find a lovely second lounge and the office nook on the top level.

You are about 200 meters to the beach and a few minutes’ drive to Clovelly Golf Course.

The tranquil garden with little stream has many pleasant surprises including an outside bath, as well as a fire pit area for evening BBQs under the stars. It truly is peaceful.

The laundry room is a couple of meters from the main house.
There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles behind remote controlled gates.
