Vista do Mar is a beautiful, relaxed holiday retreat situated 800m from both Kalk Bay harbour and Clovelly Beach, offering breathtaking sea views.
As you enter, a charming garden courtyard welcomes you – a perfect spot to savor a peaceful cup of tea or a glass of wine. A gas Weber is conveniently located in the courtyard for braai’s/ barbecues.
The expansive sea views can be enjoyed from the cozy lounge or while dining at the spacious table.
This home features three bedrooms: two sea view rooms, one being a king bedroom and the other for a single child/adult, as well as another rear bedroom with a double and single bed.
The interior boasts an inviting fireplace, a generous 8-seater dining area, a gas stove, and modern conveniences, including an inverter, 100 Mbps WIFI for seamless streaming, DSTV, Netflix, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Climbing further up behind the home, you will find a serene and small seating area for taking in the

There are approximately 40 steep steps leading to the property, and due to its proximity to the main coastal road, some noise may be experienced.
There is secure gate access from the road, as well as security cameras and an alarm.
