20%

Success Fee

Our 20% Success Fee covers marketing, vetting, and 24/7 support. We also apply a 1% tech levy to power the PriceLabs AI and Hostaway systems that drive our 75% occupancy. No hidden traps — just results.

Changeover Fee 

We charge the guest a fixed from R2,000 fee for cleaning and prep. This is credited to you to cover the professional team that keeps your home 5-star ready.

We maintain a float for immediate, urgent repairs. No more 2AM calls about broken geysers.

We earn your business every month. If we don't deliver — fire us. That's how confident we are in our 21% combined fee.
