It’s called the Clan Cottage because it’s ideal for a tightly knit group of people who leave teacher other’s company.

The views from this holiday home are breathtaking either with morning coffee watching the sunrise or a sundowner taking in the ocean and the colour as the sky changes.

The main en-suite bedroom with a king bed is on the top level with an en-suite shower. Bathtub, in the main bedroom, from where you can see the ocean and mountains beyond. This bedroom leads to the top main patio.

You will also find the open plan kitchen and living area on this level opening onto the patio.
The lounge has a sleeper couch for 2 kids, that will share a bathroom with the upstairs room.

The second bedroom, en-suite with shower has a queen bed and is one level down and opens onto another larger patio.

Both bedrooms at the Clan Cottage have aircon.

There is a single remote control garage on the ground level.

The swimming pool with “gazebo” is situated at the back of the property with some ocean views. Two sun loungers and a dining table for al fresco meals.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso machine.

There is a freezer on the patio for extra freezing space.

The property comes with Full DSTV, Uncapped 20mbps wifi and an inverter to keep the wifi and Tv running while there is load-shedding.

The entire Simonstown holiday house, apart from one garage parking bay and a locked storeroom next to this bay. On Fridays, you will encounter our friendly pool team who have private access to the pool area to keep it sparkling for you. The gardener also comes in from time to time.

If you expect pristine cleanliness you’ll get it. The inner house “look” is rustic with a rustic dining table and rustic floors.

The garden guy and pool cleaning team enter once a week.

Behind this home are a few lovely apartments, they border onto Cape nature reserve. If you prefer not to be close to nature then this is not for you. You will encounter birds, bugs, geckos and maybe even a small field mouse trying to steal food. =) Beautiful creatures all around.
