Agency.CapeHolidays has just been elected as a Cape Town SUPERHosts. We have today more than a 1000 reviews at 4.9 out 5 scores. This means a lot bring more bookings. Many of our Cape Town homes are also classified as Airbnb Plus homes.
I don’t know how many Plus Homes there are around the world but we are in the top 1% of hosts with regards to Super Host status. In other words, only 1% of all hosts are superhost.
Combining Airbnb Plus with Super Hosts we can demand higher rates because of trust. But being rate this high we must select homes with great care. The owner must be willing to learn with us and continuously improve the offering.
Our offering is not just real estate. We offer a remarkable experience; this includes a unique home, a home that will make guests go wow, and hosting they will never forget. This creates a foundation for long term growth. Each of these ingredients is like a hand of snow. It takes time to build the snowball. But wait. It will start rolling. Momentum is the name of the game. Yes. We are not a cheap management company but when occupancy increase because of 5 star reviews very few will catch us.
